We can provide ground floor, barrier-free rooms for our guests with reduced mobility. Our hotel is partially wheelchair accessible.
We have three accessible rooms.
The bathroom has an accessible washroom.
There is no lifting device in the pools of the spa.
Adapters, chargers and converters are available at reception.
All our rooms and common areas are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning.
If you have any questions about its operation, please let the reception know.
The hotel doesn’t have any cash machine. The nearest ATM can be found for 1km, at Bacsó Béla u 66.
We can provide the following tools depending on availability: high-chair at the restaurant, baby cot, baby tub, toilet seat, nappy disposal bin at the entrance of the spa.
We provide a baby cot with a coconut mattress or an extra bed of 90×200 cm, as well as a baby chair, a small tub and a kettle.
There is a bar in the restaurant of our hotel, where our staff serves quality drinks and desserts in a quiet environment so that our guests can really enjoy them. Our bar is open every day of the week.
Each of our bathrooms has a shower / bath, toilet, washbasin, well lighted mirror, make-up / shaving mirror, towel rail, toothbrush cup, hair dryer and trash can. Each of our bathrooms has an exit and a bath towel, hand towel and bathrobe per person. Also, shampoo, soap and shower gel in the bathtub / shower and washbasin, toilet paper towel, toilet paper, shower cap, nail file, ear cleaner, cotton pad and body lotion.
The room is equipped for both adult and child guests. Resizing is possible on request.
In our rooms there are two single beds, with a size of 0.90m x 2.00m Rottex mattress. Our beds are placed next to each other and can be choosen separately on request.
All our rooms are equipped with new, modern and in good condition bed linen, which is specially disinfected and cleaned every year. Extra sheets, blankets and pillows are available on request.
Our colleagues change the bed linen on every 3rd day. On request, we change the bed linen in your room every day. Please, help our hotel operate in an environmentally friendly way, and only ask for the changing of your bed linen if it is necessary. You can make your request at the reception or at the chambermaids.
The bicycle rental service is available from March until November. Please contact the reception.

A rich breakfast buffet awaits you in the restaurant of our hotel every day from 7 am to 10 am. Breakfast is included in the room rate. In case of early departure we can prepare a cold package, which can be ordered at the hotel reception until 19:00 the night before.

For the safety of our guests, there is a camera surveillance system in the public areas of our building, in the parking lot, on the outer street front. Recordings are handled in accordance with legal requirements. The guest room door can only be opened with a room card.
You can check-in from 14:00 pm. In case of early arrival, luggage can be stored in the luggage room of the hotel.
The hotel room is at your disposal until 10:00 am on the day of departure. Please inform our receptionist about your last day’s minibar consumption upon check-out. Please contact the reception if you would like a later check-out.
Cleaning is done every day. If you place the ‘Don’t disturb’ sign on the outer door handle, our colleagues will not disturb you. If you have any special request, please contact the chambermaids or the reception. Laundry and ironing services are available at our hotel for a fee.
We kindly ask our guests to visit the restaurant in appropriate clothes at dinner time, so please refrain from wearing tracksuits, shorts or bathrobes.
It is important for us that our guests are satisfied with our services. If you have any complaint or remark, please inform the reception or the head of the related department about it.

Our 5 separable conference-rooms are suited for discussions, meetings, team-buildings, weddings and conferences up to 100 people. Projectors, screens, flipcharts and other equipment are available in all of our conference rooms. Our hotel has a wide range of drinks. Not only is it possible to eat in our restaurant, as all our rooms are equipped with a minibar with additional drinks and snacks. Consumption of the minibar is daily, so the last night’s consumption must be indicated at reception. The price list of the minibar can be found in the room folder. Room service is available at our hotel at an additional cost.
Please check the floor plan of your room on the door of the room to mark the nearest emergency exit.
Use the bell at the entrance door in case of any problems occurring late at night.

Please, read the chapter ‘Fire safety code’, and, in case of fire or emergency, act according to the rules and regulations described therein. The description of the escape route is located on the inner side of the hotel room door. Please, do not use the elevator in case of fire and emergency.
Our reception has basic medicines, blood pressure monitors and bandages at will. In case of health problems you can ask for medical help at the reception. A thermometer and wound dressing are also available here. Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.
Our hotel has an equipped billiards room, which is available during the entire opening hours. The room has a poker and pool table, which guests can request at reception. It is available free of charge for the guests of our hotel. In the basement of our hotel there is a playroom next to the wellness area, where you can play table football, table tennis and darts. Extras can be requested at reception.
We strive to provide all of our guests with the best and highest quality service possible. We try our best to meet every need you would expect from a four star hotel. We consider it important that our guests spend their time in a demanding, pleasant environment and leave with positive experiences.

The door of your hotel room can be opened by the key card you are given at the reception upon arrival. Insert the card in the plastic box located on the inner wall next to the entrance to have electric current in the room. Remove the card please when leaving the room. The key card is valid until 10 o’clock on the day of departure. The card also functions as an information carrier, so, if you lose it, contact the reception immediately.
Our guests can request the service for an extra charge by handing down their clothes to be washed or ironed at the chambermaids. Ironing service will be provided within few hours of delivery of the garment. You can find a laundry bag and the laundry request form in the wardrobe.
A lift operates in our hotel. Please do not use the lift in case of emergency or fire-alarm.
If you need help with carrying your luggage, we provide it free of charge. Please contact the reception.
Upon early arrival or late check-out, the luggage of our guests can be stored free of charge in our luggage room until check-in/departure.
If you encounter a damaged, malfunctioning device of equipment, or one that needs repairing, please contact the reception.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot carry out the treatment. If you are unable to attend the treatment you reserved, please cancel it at least 12 hours before the appointment at the SPA or hotel reception, otherwise we’ll charge 50% of the price of the treatment.

Upon payment, it is possible to consume products from the minibar located in the room. The content of the minibar is checked and replaced every day by the chambermaids. Please inform our receptionist about your last day’s minibar consumption upon check-out.
You can pay in cash (HUF, EUR), by credit or debit cards (VISA, AMEX, Maestro, Mastercard), by ‘Széchenyi Pihenő’ card or by using gift vouchers issued by the hotel.
During check-in and check-out it is possible to park in front of the main entrance of the hotel. After that, our guests can park in the unguarded parking area situated in front of the hotel. For hotel guests a closed car park with barrier is also available behind the hotel.
The hotel welcomes pets in limited number for an extra fee and with the compliance of the Hotel Rules and Regulations. You are always responsible for your pet. We would like to inform you that pets are not allowed in the restaurant or in the wellness area for hygienic reasons. Thank you for your understanding! Extra charge for pet: 4. 500,- HUF/pet/ night.

Our outdoor chess board in the back yard, with the help of which our enterprising guests can take part in a logical competition, the fresh air helps the idea of the right steps! For fresh air, the hotel’s walkway provides fresh air entertainment; with swing, climbing frame and slide.
In case you do not want to be disturbed in your room, please place the “Please Do Not Disturb” sign on the outer door handle. If your room is marked “Please do not disturb” all day, we will only provide room service at your request (eg daily cleaning, refilling of the minibar). The size of our single rooms is 15-16 square meters, the size of our double rooms is 17-20 square meters, the size of our double rooms with extra beds is 21-24 square meters, the size of our superior rooms is 17-19 square meters, the size of our superior rooms with extra beds is 19-25 square meters. Each of our rooms is en suite.
The safe can be found in the wardrobe in hotel rooms. The directions for use is placed next to the safe. If you have any problem, please call the reception. The central safe is placed ath the reception desk and available free of charge.
